Send me a pair that are the same size , I have tried contacting you to no avail. So if you are considering buying from this company don’t there is no after care . Lousy customer care .
I ordered these Slides and within 10 minutes realised I had the wrong size ( Men’s rather than Women’s ) so I reordered/paid AND emailed your “Customer Support “ ( really NO SUPPORT ) area to ask that the Original Order was Cancelled and Refunded ….. I have emailed FIVE TIMES since 12th Sept 2026 and NO REPLY TO ANY EMAIL. DISGUSTING lack of Customer Service and now I am stuck with a huge size Men’s Slide ( Plus the REALLY uncomfortable Women’s size as power my re-order ). I will tell everyone I know never to use your company as there is NO SERVICE at all - running a Website and producing items is only a small part of it !
