Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days after you have received your product. If 30 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the shipping costs are at the consumer's expense. The specific costs depend on the chosen carrier. If the received goods are damaged or not in order for reasons on our part, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some situations, only a partial refund is given (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before refunds are posted.
If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@happyflops.com.
Replacement product (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to support@happyflops.com.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Unclaimed packages
Packages that are delivered to a retailer but not picked up will be charged as unclaimed packages. Orders with unclaimed packages are only eligible for a partial refund.
