WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?

When you make a purchase in our online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address.

TEXT MARKETING AND NOTIFICATIONS

Terms for sms marketing:
We use an SMS platform to which the following terms apply. By accepting our SMS marketing and communications, you agree to these terms.

By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our registration form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS messages (regarding your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and offers via SMS. You confirm that consent is not a condition for purchase.

Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc, an EU company with offices in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This information will be used to send targeted marketing messages and notifications. When sending SMS messages, the phone number of an SMS operator that delivers them.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text messages and notifications, reply STOP to any mobile message you receive from us or use the unsubscribe link we have provided in one of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of unsubscribing, such as using alternative words or requests, do not count as a permitted way to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Direct debit:
If you choose a direct debit gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete the purchase transaction. All direct debit gateways follow the standards of PCI-DSS and are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our online store and its service providers.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

If you provide your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and apply additional generally accepted industry standards.

COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies we use. We have listed them here so you can choose whether to opt out of cookies or not.

_session_id, unique token, session, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

_shopify_visit, no data stored, persists for 30 minutes after last visit, used by our website provider's internal statistics tracker to record the number of visits

_shopify_uniq, no data stored, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) the next day, counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer. cart, unique token, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about the contents of your cart.

_secure_session_id, unique token, session
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite, If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
