Yes. You have 30 days after receipt to return your HappyFlops. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Just send an email to support@happyflops.com and we'll arrange it together.

Register your return on this page. Enter your order number and the reason for return. Within 24 hours (on working days) you will receive instructions and a return label from us. Once we receive your package, we will check it and you will receive a message.

Returns from the Netherlands and Belgium are free. You will receive a prepaid return label from us.

Yes, you can. Register your exchange on this page and indicate which size or color you wish to receive. Once we receive your original pair, we will send the new pair right away. Shipping costs are covered by us within the Netherlands.

Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive your money back within a few working days using the same payment method you used to pay. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 5 working days for the amount to appear in your account.
